I built Fully Booked to solve a specific problem: talented operators who made the leap to fractional work but haven’t yet built the systems, positioning, and pipeline that create a sustainable practice.

The answer isn’t more hustle. It’s architecture, the same thinking I bring to my clients’ revenue systems, applied to your fractional business.

Fully Booked is a 90-day 1:1 intensive that helps you build a practice that fills itself. Limited to 5 active clients at any time.

How It Works:

Week 1: Deep-Dive Assessment. We start with an extended 90-minute session to audit your current state: positioning, offers, pricing, pipeline, delivery systems. You leave with a 90-day roadmap and baseline metrics.

Weeks 2-12: Weekly 1:1 Sessions.60 minutes each week, working through four phases: Diagnosis & Positioning, Offer & Pricing, Go-to-Market & Sales, and Delivery & Capacity. You also get async support via email and Slack between sessions.

After 90 Days: Optional Retainer. For those who want continued strategic guidance, a monthly retainer keeps the momentum going without the intensive pace.

What I Don't Do: Why This Isn't Coaching-as-Therapy

I don't do mindset work, accountability cheerleading, or open-ended "what do you want to talk about today" sessions. This is structured, strategic, and focused on building a practice that works. You'll have homework. You'll implement between sessions.

90-Day Program: $8,500 Ongoing Retainer: $2,500/month (3-month minimum)

Includes 12 weekly sessions, extended Week 1 assessment, async support, all frameworks and templates.

Available after completing the 90-day program. Two sessions per month plus continued async support.
