How It Works:
Diagnostic ($4-6K) I start by mapping every step of your revenue operation—from first touch to client retention. The output is a full picture of your current human/automation/AI mix, a gap analysis, a SWOT, and a roadmap for implementation. Most companies have never seen their own system this clearly.
Implementation (3-6 months) If the diagnostic reveals work worth doing together, I stay on to rebuild the system. This isn't consulting from a distance—I'm in the operation, restructuring workflows, integrating tools, and installing the infrastructure your team will run on.
Handoff or Advisory The goal is to hand off a system your team can operate without me. For founders who want ongoing support, I stay on as an advisor—typically 1-5 hours a month. If you need to hire someone to replace my role, I can help with that too.
I don't create creative assets primarily. But I can manage the internal team members or freelancers who do, and make sure their work plugs into a system that actually converts.
Most companies get the human/automation/AI balance wrong—either over-relying on manual effort or automating broken processes. I design for the right mix today, then revisit it every 6-9 months to make sure it still reflects best practices. The goal is a system that gets smarter over time, not one that locks you into last year's assumptions.
