Task: Examine how revenue is actually created, measured, and attributed across marketing, sales, and operations.

Expose where reality diverges from reporting — and identify the true point(s) of failure in the revenue system.

PHASE (Day) 3:

Hiring Structure & Work Assignment

Task: Assess whether the current team structure supports revenue outcomes, and whether a hire is justified.

Goal: Prevent premature or misaligned hiring decisions that create more complexity instead of leverage.

Outcome: 

  • A clear answer on whether to hire now

  • Definition of the role you actually need (not the one you think you need)

  • Boundaries around what should remain founder- or executive-led

PHASE (Wrap-Up) 4:

Optimization & AI Ops Coaching

Task
Synthesize findings into a focused, sequenced plan that leadership can act on immediately.

Goal
Create a decision framework that survives beyond the engagement.
